Before your treatment Try not to bite your nails - your overlays will last longer if your nails are in good condition. Whilst your nails are natural, protect them with a clear base coat to avoid damage from water. After your treatment Your nails are jewels - not tools! Treat them with care! Avoid prolonged contact with water. Use gloves for household work involving detergents, for example bleach. Use the pads of your fingers rather than your nails as tools. Use cuticle oil or cream daily. (Jemz Nails & Beauty retails solar nail & cuticle oil). Always use non-acetone nail polish remover if changing colours or top coat.
