I specialise in men's body and Brazilian waxing. I was trained by Kim Lawless, the UK's Wax Queen for men's advanced waxing.
I use two types of waxes. The Strip wax is used for larger areas. It is ideal if you have sensitive skin. The consistency of this wax is runny, so it is applied very thinly. This helps to achieve an effective waxing treatment.
The Non Strip Wax (or hard wax) is used for delicate areas like eyebrows, underarms, speedo line and for all Brazilian waxing mentioned below. It has a honey like consistency when applied; it hardens but is flexible enough to be removed from the area.
Non strip wax does not stick to your skin. Instead, it shrink wraps the hairs, so they are removed from the root. Hair breakage is very minimal. It also helps to reduce any chances of ingrown hairs. Please note that some people are prone to ingrown hairs and spots. A good home care routine between your waxing routine would help to avoid both. Professional tea tree based after care products are available to purchase.

| If you've never been waxed or you haven't been waxed for a while, trim what you can (with scissors or clippers) to about half an inch (12mm). If you've been removing the hair at home, please wait 3-4 weeks before you get waxed as you will get a much better result. Remember that shaved hair is much stronger and tougher to remove! For best results, it is best to be waxed every 4 to 5 weeks. The hairs will be finer and sparser. Please do not shave in between treatments. | ||

Non-strip wax is used for male Brazilian waxing. The wax dries quickly on your skin but stays flexible so that it could be removed swiftly from the area. A little oil is rubbed onto your skin before the wax is applied to act as a barrier and help prevent skin irritation. | ||
